Following a round of pitches with several agencies, Henkel has decided to appoint Neue Digitale / Razorfish, Frankfurt, as its digital lead agency for the Pattex brand. With a whole host of new digital applications for the company's Pattex adhesive products available now and lined up for the future, Henkel aims to inspire and delight DIY enthusiasts and professional craftsmen alike. The digital channels should provide quick and simple information and tips on all adhesives. Besides offering tangible benefits with the online functionality, there should also be room and opportunity for an active exchange of views and ideas with customers. In a nutshell, the Düsseldorf-based group was looking for one thing precisely: infospiration. Precisely what Neue Digitale / Razorfish will be implementing digitally in the coming years.

The relaunch of the Pattex website will mark the start of several projects. Neue Digitale / Razorfish will design and build an info-platform both for mobile and desktop devices. Besides developing the global website structure, with new functions and a new design, the Frankfurt-based agency will also be developing digital promo-tional and action campaigns. The measures also include SEO optimization and analyt-ics.
