Razorfish redefines customer service

As one of the first agencies to develop an application for this technology, Razorfish Germany is joining Samsung at a press conference for the launch of their new multi-touch device SUR40 in Munich. For their client Sparkasse and in cooperation with Microsoft, the digital agency has created the “Immofinder” app: Running on Microsoft’s new Surface 2 platform the tool is set to revolutionize real estate marketing and brand experience at Sparkasse branches.

In a truly innovative fashion clients will soon be able to experience their dream property alone, in a group or with their real estate advisor: on an interactive surface they can view all available properties, access detailed information and schedule viewing appointments.

Razorfish is setting a new standard for digital integration with “real world” trade. The agency’s “Emerging Experiences” expert team is constantly researching new interactive forms and their application in order to always provide maximum relevance and engagement for consumers.
