For the Adobe Mobile Challenge www.adobemobilechallenge.com we produced a Crossplatform Mobile Application with Flash Builder 4.5 for iOS, Android und BlackBerry.
The goal was to get approval by the Adobe Jury and to publish the application on the Android marketplace, the Apple Store and the BlackBerry AppWorld before the 1st of September.
TOUCH N CLASH is a crossplatform multiplayer game for two up to four players.
The goal is to get the other players out of the game by using a gameball, which works like a bomb. The last player in the game wins.
You will need Wi-Fi internet connection to find other players. All players have to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
In the game the colored sides of your gamefield represent the other players. If a gameball appears in your gamefield, you have to pass it to an other player before the countdown time runs out.
To pass a gameball to an other player, touch a gameball and drag it to the colored side of your gamefield.
Randomly you have the possibility to get an additional gameball. A transparent gameball will appear in the middle of your gamefield, touch it to activate it.
Keep your gamefield clean of gameballs.
Good luck.
Challenging physics based multiplayer gameplay.
The direction of the gameballs is enhanced by the device accelerometers.
It is a cutting-edge crossplatform multiplayer game and playable with different devices together.
TOUCH N CLASH is powered by the Adobe RTMFP group functionality. Basing on this technology it was possible to create the necessary multiplayer communication without establishing a server/client infrastructure.
